Family-friendly Butterfly Day is back with walks and talks led by the Bergen County Audubon Society. Onsite experts will help you identify butterflies throughout DeKorte Park, including the Jill Ann Ziemkiewicz Memorial Butterfly Garden. We’ll be looking for Monarchs, Skippers, Swallowtails and more. There will be plenty of kid’s activities including a costume contest (12 and under), scavenger hunt, face painting and crafts. You can also learn which plants best attract butterflies to your garden and other useful information. Stay tuned for more details and a complete schedule.
