Nature Journaling Workshop

  • Teaneck Creek Conservancy 20 Puffin Way Teaneck, NJ, 07666 (map)

Step outside, slow down, and see the natural world through fresh eyes. This workshop invites you to develop a personal practice of written observation and reflection in the outdoors.

No prior experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to pay attention

Whether you've kept journals for years or have never tried, you'll leave with practical tools for noticing the world around you more deeply — and a journal entry you created yourself right here at Teaneck Conservancy.

Spaces Limited. Registration Required.

Suggested donation $10.

No restrooms available. Registrants will be notified by email if the program is canceled.

Program lead: Anjali Mani, LSW is a certified journaling therapist, workshop facilitator, and founder of The Journal Seeker. With a deep love of the outdoors and the natural world, Anjali draws inspiration from nature to craft journaling prompts that help people slow down, connect with themselves, and discover their own voice on the page.
